SEO Link Building
By Jon | July 28, 2008
As we all know link building is a time consuming very boring task but it is needed. Here are some tips on how to get the most out of link building.
Firstly when you are link building you need to use the correct text on the link. Having a page link to you with www.jdswebsitedesign.co.uk just won’t cut it. You need to work with the phrases that you are optimised for so for my homepage I would either use SEO Services, search engine optimizations or search engines optimization Manchester.
Here is a great little tool to help you find possible links - Solo SEO. You can also use the principals of this tool to create your own effective link building campaign.
There are many ways to build links into your website but you should use the most relevant possible.
One of my favourites of recent times is the use of emails… Not those annoying emails that people send out to 100’s of companies.
If you are selling products then you send out an email to confirm the order, the person that you are emailing already likes your shop so why don’t you add a line in the email asking if they would like to link to your website. There are a huge amount of people with websites and blogs now so many of your customers will probably have blogs or websites.
